Super friendly staff, perfect selection of cakes. And the ☕ ... great. It was a pleasure.

I went there once with my son and the waiter was very rude. We couldn't actually eat / drink because we were kicked out. The reason? "The other guests have paid and therefore want to be quiet" .... the words of the waiter. The children are of course too loud for such a café, but you can also find other words and be nicer.

The food and drink is fine. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I ended up being treated badly for studying at the table and staying longer. The coffee, however, was not at all full. That was a big disappointment and I won't be back. For short stays, you may be treated better.

Hotel and room very good. Good breakfast, only the beds (mattresses are impossible soft)

I had apricot cheesecake. Was delicious. There was also a cup of coffee. I've never had such a delicious coffee in a cafe

I can only recommend the café to others, very pleasant atmosphere, delicious café and cake, top service you rarely find such friendly and nice service staff these days, great thanks to the young lady and the gentlemen who served us.

Excellent cafe with a Viennese coffeehouse atmosphere. Courteous service in one of the most traditional and beautiful half-timbered houses in Esslingen. Large selection of delicious cakes and pies and a great cafe. Always worth a visit

The staff was very rude and unfriendly. I received an important call while ordering and the guy treated me as I am committing a crime. Cafe was bit costly too. I think there are better cafes in Esslingen especially with friendly staff.

Great coffee house in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Esslingen, good iced coffee, very nice ambience.

Was in the cafe for the first time. The coffee was ok. The waiter was very rude and very pushy when it came to the order. He didn't want to give us time to think about it, and said order now, otherwise I'll have to walk twice. I cannot recommend this cafe.

A great calm and pleasant atmosphere. Food and drinks were delicious and the waitresses were very, very nice. And most importantly, they are very kid friendly.

Very nice ambience. Cakes are very good. Coffee fits. In the middle of the pedestrian zone of Esslingen. The owner is very friendly. Everything is very clean. It is also worth visiting during the day, but certainly also in the evening. Keep it up, we'll be back soon.

The ambience is very nice and the selection is good. The cakes look great, but I haven't tried them yet. The ordering process still seems a bit disorganized, so employees always have to go to the customer side of the counter to place orders. This is not ideal for take-away orders. Otherwise it was also a bit chaotic, so first of all 4 euros change had to be organized. The coffee was okay, the spice mocha is very cardamom heavy ..

The ambience is very cozy and neat. Great employees who are very attentive and friendly. The boss of the house is very very nice. He asks if everything is OK! I haven't seen that in a long time. Coffee tastes excellent, mild not bitter and very tasty. You can also buy it at home if you want to treat yourself. Breakfast is wonderful, the rolls could be a little better. Price / performance is great, thanks for that! Please keep the service and the friendly team and do not let it grind.
